This is the reason I chose their openers when I switched to direct drive. I’m pissed at their bullshit response.
Check out opengarage.io if you’re looking for a replacement. Been using it on mine and works perfectly.
Just ordered myself a ratgdo. Really wish it supported wired Ethernet though.
