The 9702-8e I had went belly up on me. I had what I THOUGHT was a spare, the listing said “LSI MegaRAID HBA Host Adapter…” so stupid me though it was ACTUALLY a HBA! No, it is the 9286CV NOT in IT Mode, so my Dell R740 is freaking out about it and won’t let me boot with it installed.

Anything from Amazon or Newgg is going to take nearly 2 weeks to get here, I think they are all shipping from China. I am REALLY Hoping that this can be flashed so I can take care of this ASAP because my wife and daughter are going to lose their crap if they have to wait 2 weeks to watch stuff.

So, can I flash this thing to an IT mode so I can get it back up and running with TrueNAS?
