I have a three way light switch at the top of my stairs with the second switch located at the bottom of my stairs. The problem is, these switches also control the downstairs hall lights that go beyond the stairs, and the poor logistics of having to back track to kill the hallway light irks me to no end. So my question is this: Can I somehow get a light switch at the end of my hall that can work wirelessly from the downstairs switch? Can this be done without replacing the upstairs switch? Is this possible? I know there is new technology out there, but googling is not answering my questions and I really don’t want to bust into my drywall. Thanks for any help!

      100%

And the pico remotes can be mounted to look exactly like the switch but anywhere you want. They are battery powered but last insanely long time.

Looks like this solution needs a hub. Are there similar products that run over wifi and don’t require a hub? A brief search found nothing…
