Well you’re already running Home Assistant so that’s a good start. I would ditch the myQ garage door opener if I were you. I have the Meross opener and I am quite fond of it.
I have no experience with the Nest and ditched my Ring devices over a year ago so I can’t really offer an opinion on them.
As far as your Kasa and WiFi devices, I would ditch them if it’s an opportunity and go with Zigbee plugs and sensors. I really like Aqara for plugs and various sensors but I also started buying Third Reality plugs because I can get a 4 pack of them for less than $40 on Amazon.
