I had to guess it’s an antenna multiplex/splitter. So they only have 1-2 antennas, and pass it to the radios. Rather then 6 antennas.

The switch could be anything. But my money’s on POE leds, or just using ethernet for ease of plug, or just something to look at that looks cool, but serves no purpose
