Anybody experience with running a ntp server on a VPS while being bridged to other networks (e.g. via Tailscale)?

Do you run ntp outside of your bridge to prevent an error in ntp giving someone access to your other networks?

My JetKVM often dies not detect hdmi when the system was off for an extended period of time. I always have to restart the JetKVM or the machine or both until it works. Did anyone experience this issue? Hopefully this is resolved with the new hardware.
