Happiest part of going to GoogleTV was being able to eliminate the coax cables around my house.

  Not the OP but…
  
  The cables in OP’s pic are Ethernet not Coax.
  
  Google TV still needs a internet connection via either Wi-Fi or Ethernet so those cables would still be needed.
