I just upgraded my speed from 100MB to 1GB, however, I noticed my speed never reached 1GB. the max I have seen was 925mbps. I asked the tech that came in about it and he said “You will never get 1000mbps” which I found odd because that’s what I paid for, so I assumed I would get that. Losing 15-20mbps wouldn’t be that crazy as I know server and traffic can make that happen but that much seems a lot to me because I just came out of only using 100mbps. So my question is should I press this and get another tech opinion or just let it be as it’s an actual thing that people don’t get 1GB ?
