I am playing this game were I average around 100ms(ping), but when I use my phone (youtube,google or anrthing else) my ping just shoots up to 500 600, is this some issue or is my wifi just dogshit.

What speed are you paying for? This is typical if you have low speed and without a proper qos setup. One device like your phone streaming/downloading could suck up all of the available bandwith, rendering the internet unusable for other devices.
