My house only has an Ethernet outlet but no coax outlet and the new internet I got requires a coax, is there something I can do? I’ve ordered a Ethernet to coax adapter but I honestly want to use it soon.

    If the coax isn’t wired inside the house, you’ll need to either do it yourself or hire someone to do it. Depends on the company and type of home, but the cable company will often just get the cable to a box at the side of your house. You’re responsible for wiring inside your house unless you want to pay them to do that.

    I’d start by finding out if they have it wired up outside your house first.
