Hello! My router is an AC-class; I don’t have budget or desire to change it for AX86U

I’m very interested in zenwifi XD5 nodes, they are AX-class. I guess they’d have to match AC86 capabilities without delivering their full potential.

Before clicking on the Buy button, I’d.like to hear your thoughts ony idea? Between 2pack and 2x2pack (no 3pack on sale) is there a significant coverage difference?

Thanks y’all!

If you want to buy the xd5 don’t upgrade the firmware even after factory reset none of your devices will connect to the Wi-Fi network and then you’ll be screwed, and it doesn’t have a dedicated 5ghz backhaul link to communicate between the two nodes.

I’m wondering if 2c CT8 would be enough coverage wise, vs 4x XD5? Ct8 has ai protection that xd5 doesn’t

    Any advice is welcome :-)
